Conga Sign Release 1.18 - June 9, 2018

New features and enhancements

  • Users can migrate from Adobe Sign to Conga Sign. Templates are automatically recognizable in Conga Sign and Conga Sign identifies the Adobe syntax correctly and inserts the signature tags correctly.   • Formatting and line breaks are allowed in the body of emails. Email messages defined in the Advanced Options section of Conga Sign can be configured.

  • You can send a Conga Sign document for signature directly from Salesforce CPQ.

Issues Resolved

  • Timed out RPC requests no longer block consumers from picking up requests or causing multiple retires.

  • Digital signature no longer fail when existing DocuSign signatures exist.

  • You can use the company tag \co1\ used in DocuSign in existing templates with Conga Sign. To learn more see, List of recognized DocuSign formats for signature tags
  • Uploading a file automatically selects a radio button on the Create Transition screen in the Summer '18 Salesforce Release.

  • Email addresses are editable and can be saved. but does not save Currently if you add the email address tag to a document, the user can modify the contents and the changes are sent to the database.

  • The Configurator succeeds with profiles that have parenthesis.
