Conga Contracts for Salesforce Release 1.67 - May 8, 2018

ALL ITEMS LISTED ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE ON OR AFTER THE RELEASE DATE

New Features and Enhancements

  • Updates to the user interface

    • You can use the Save and Download button in the user interface to do both actions at once.

    • The Negotiate header on the Negotiate screen is centered at all times.

  • Send a document for signature using Conga Sign and Contracts for Salesforce

    • You can send a document for signature as soon as the document is done with the negotiation process. Ideally, you are a Conga Customer and you have a license for both Conga Contracts and Conga Sign.

    • Send a document for signature using Conga Sign directly from the Contracts Redlining page in Conga Contracts for Salesforce.

    • You must have a Conga License assigned to you or your Company has purchased Conga Sign transaction events.

    • You can interact with the Conga Sign Requester user interface.
  • View Comments in Microsoft Word

    • When you are in Negotiate Mode in Conga Contracts for Salesforce, you can view comments made in the Word document. Comments are located in the original space where they were initially created on the document. Comments are located on the right-hand side column in the order they were created.

    • You can see the total number of comments in a document. The total number of comments is located at the top of the user interface so you know how many comments are in the document even if those specific comments are not located on the beginning sections of your document. For example, if you have a large document with comments, you might not see the comment on your screen because the comment is farther down in the document and the user interface does not show the actual comment until you get closer to that area in your document. Now you can see the total number of comments throughout the document.

Issues Resolved

  • Merge fields use the value of the field on the outbound email subject when you use the Send for Negotiation button.
