Conga Contracts for Salesforce Release 1.66 - April 17, 2018

ALL ITEMS LISTED ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE ON OR AFTER THE RELEASE DATE

New Features and Enhancements

  • You can use the Track Changes feature in Microsoft Word with the Clause Playbook.

    • When you swap clauses using the Clause Playbook, the redlined comparison in the user interface shows the update. If you have Track Changes enabled in the Microsoft Word document, the clause swapped is redlined in the document itself and is recognized as a change by the Track Changes feature of Word.

Issues Resolved

  • After updating a document that has multiple versions, you see the latest version of the document after you save your changes in Negotiate mode. The View Redlines screen refreshes and displays the latest document in the PDF viewer.

  • When you select a region in the drop-down menu, the region you select appears and is applied as expected.

  • When you save a document in the Open in Word feature, a new file version is created. When you select Continue, you are redirected the the latest version of the document with your changes.

  • If you hit View Redlines and decrease the size of your Browser window, the Negotiate button appears. The Negotiate button is an option in the drop-down menu.
