Reporting on Specific Document Clauses

The Report Wizard can generate reports to locate the contract documents that have been run through clause processing and contain a specific clause.  Another use case is to identify the processed contract documents that use non-standard clauses.

  1. Launch the Report Wizard.

  2. Select Contract in the Primary list and Clauses in the Secondary list.

  3. Enter a name for the report, and click Next.

  1. Double-click on the clause fields you want included in the report, as well as any company, contract, and document fields.

  1. Select a field for grouping data, such as Company Name.

  1. Step through the wizard to the Report Filters screen.

  2. Select Clause Type in the Field list, Is in the Condition list, and the clause type you want to report upon in the Value list.

  3. Finish the Report Wizard. 

When the Report Browse screen redisplays, click on the report's  Icon Excel.png  icon to display it as an Excel spreadsheet or its icon PDF.png  icon to display it as a PDF file.
