Changing a Scorecard's Start Date

You can adjust the start date for a scorecard, which determines when the email message is sent out, notifying "members" that they have been selected to complete a scorecard.

A scorecard's start date is changed from the Scorecards browse screen in a Contract Profile, Company Profile, and Project Profile.

  Although the Contract Profile is used in the example below, the same steps also apply to changing a scorecard's start date in a Company Profile and Project Profile.



Scorecards link

Click to display the Scorecards browse screen. The link is appended by a number, indicating the number of scorecards contained in the profile.


Scorecard record

Locate the scorecard whose start date you want to change, and click on it to display its profile screen.

Click to display a Change Scorecard Start Date window.


Calendar icon

Click on the icon to display a pop-up calendar, and select the new start date.


Submit button

Click to change the start date for the email distribution of the scorecard.

Note: If the scorecard has already been sent to one or more individuals, the revised date will affect future distribution of the scorecard to new people assigned to the scorecard.



Start Date field

Verify that the start date has been changed.

Note: The Valid Until Date is also automatically changed to one year from the new start date.
