Scorecards Screen

The Scorecards browse screen in a Contract, Company, or Project Profile displays a listing of all the pending and completed scorecards, along with the their averaged scores.

  Although the Contract Profile is used in the example below, the components are the same in the Scorecards screen in a Company Profile and Project Profile.

Open a Contract Profile to review the scorecards that have been added to the profile.

Click to display the Scorecards browse screen.

Scorecard records

Review the scorecards that have been added to the profile. Click on a scorecard record to display its Profile.

Score field

Identify the averaged score for the scorecard, which is calculated by adding all the scorecard totals and dividing the grand total by the number of people who completed the scorecard.

If only one person completes a scorecard, that person's score appears in the field. If a scorecard has no value in the Score field, none of the people assigned to the scorecard have completed it.

Ratings box

View the current scorecard rating for the contract, company, or project.

  The ratings box is color-coded based on the rating: 81-100 = green, 61-80 = yellow, 41-60 = orange, and 0-40 = red.

E Scorecard records display
  • To customize the information in a browse screen, hover over a column heading until the Icon Column.png icon displays, and click on it to open the Sort/Column menu.  Click Columns to display a list of available fields, and select the fields you want displayed by clicking in the check box to the left of the field.
  • To sort the information in a column in ascending or descending order, click (toggle) on the column heading.

  • To resize a column, hover over the right or left border of the column heading until the resize icon appears. Then, click and drag the border to the desired width.
  • To move a column to a different location in the browse screen, click on the column heading and drag it to the left or right, dropping it in the desired location. When the icon displays, you are successfully moving the column.

Click to add a scorecard to the profile.
