Grid bands of the selected color will be inserted along the entire length of the X-axis and extend to the top of the Y-axis. The width of each grid band corresponds to the unit of measurement along the X-axis, and grid bands are separated by white space. Grid bands can be used to highlight the difference between a standard value and the values in the data series.

Band Opacity list

If you want to increase the transparency of the grid lines, change the default selection (100%) to a lower percentage. The lower the opacity, the more transparent the grid lines.

Opacity selections range from 10% - 100% in increments of 10.
