Viewing Flow Activities

You can view a summary of the activities for all the completed stages and steps in an open flow while the flow is still displayed in the Contract, Company, or Project Profile screen. The Flow Activities window provides key information, including the name of each step, its description, the dates on which the step was opened and completed, and the name of the person who completed the step, along with any notes they provided for the flow step.

You can also view a summary of flow activities from the Workflows browse screen by selecting the Flows tab.

Flow activities are viewed from a Contract Profile, Company Profile, or Project Profile.

Although the Contract Profile is used in the example below, the same steps also apply to viewing flow activities in a Company Profile and Project Profile.

Note: There is also an Invalidate Flow option to remove the flow from the profile, and a Manage Flow Documents option to link company, contract, and global documents to the flow.

Flow steps

Additional information for the flow step is also available, including its description, any notes provided for the step, the date and time the step was started and ended, and the duration of time between the completion of subsequent steps.
