Viewing Workflows

Workflows that have been added to a Contract, Company, or Project Profile are stored in the Workflows screen by status: Active and Completed. The workflow steps that you are responsible for completing can be viewed from your Active Workflow Items Portlet in the Dashboard.

Workflows are viewed from the Workflows browse screen in a Contract Profile, Company Profile, or Project Profile.

   Although the Contract Profile is used in the example below, the same steps also apply to viewing workflows in a Company Profile and Project Profile.

Click to display the Workflows browse screen, which displays inside the Workflow Profile.

View the summary information for the Company, Contract, or Project Profile.

View the active workflows for the Profile. The default view is active workflows.

Workflows tabs

  • Click on the Completed Workflows tab to display all the workflows that have been completed or deleted.
  • Click on the Documents tab to display all the documents that have been uploaded to the profile.
  • Click on the Flows tab to display all the flows that you can run for the profile. If a flow has already been run and completed in the profile, "true" displays in the Completed column. If the flow has not been run and completed, "false" displays.

Important: When you click on the Documents tab while in a workflow, you can associate documents outside the profile with the workflow.

Click on the icon to launch the Workflow Wizard, which will allow you to edit individual workflow steps.

Click on the icon to delete the workflow.

Click to launch the Workflow Wizard, which will allow you to create a new workflow

Workflow records display

  • If you want to change the fields that are displayed, click on the arrow icon to the right of any column to display the Sort/Column menu. Click on Columns to display a list of available fields, and then select the fields you want displayed by clicking in the check box to the left of the field.
  • If you want to change the sort order of the information in a column, click (toggle) on the column heading.
  • If you want to resize a column to accommodate the information in that column, mouse over the right or left border of the column header until the resize icon appears. Then, click on the border and drag it until the column is the desired width.
  • If you want to reorder the columns of information, click on a column header and then drag it to the left or right, and drop it in the desired location. If you are successfully moving a column of data, the icon displays during the move.
