Viewing an Additional Form's History

You can view a history of the changes made to any of the additional forms that were added to a Contract, Company, or Project Profile.

The history of an additional form is viewed from the Additional Forms browse screen in a Contract Profile, Company Profile, and Project Profile.

  Although the Contract Profile is used in the example below, the same steps also apply to viewing the history of an additional form in a Company Profile and Project Profile.

Additional Forms link

Click to display the Additional Forms browse screen.

Additional Form records

Locate the additional form whose history you want to view, and click on it to display the form's browse screen.

Note: The history of an additional form can only be viewed if the form has been captured at least once (i.e., there is a value other than "0" in the Forms Captured column).

Locate the form whose history you want to view, and click on it to display its Additional Form Profile.

Click to display a screen showing a history of the changes made to the additional form.

Change records

Review the changes that have been made to the additional form.

Note: A change has been made if there is information in the Original Value column for a field. The new value for the field is displayed in the corresponding Updated Value column.
