Viewing Additional Forms

You can view the additional forms that are available to capture supplemental information for a Contract Profile, Company Profile, or Project Profile in the Additional Forms browse screen in the profile. The browse screen displays both optional and required additional forms.

      If a required additional form for the contract, company, or project has not been captured, the Additional Forms browse screen automatically displays every time the profile is opened. In addition, a Missing Required Additional Forms heading appears at the top of the browse screen and the form displays with a pink background.

Additional forms are viewed from the Additional Forms browse screen in a Contract Profile, Company Profile, and Project Profile.

  Although the Contract Profile is used in the example below, the same steps also apply to viewing additional forms in a Company Profile and Project Profile.

Forms Captured field

Review the number of times a form has been captured (completed). If there is a "0" in the field and the form is required, the form must be captured (completed).

Note: Capturing a form more than once is likely if information, such as milestone dates, need to be tracked.


Additional Form records

  • View the list of additional forms that can be captured for the profile.
  • Click on an additional form record to display a browse screen that will list any existing forms that have previously been captured (completed). From this screen, you can also capture (complete) a form that has not previously been captured. If the form has never been captured, there will be no forms listed in the browse screen.

Note: Once you capture the information for an additional form, an Additional Form Profile is created. From the profile, you can edit the form, copy the form, view a history of the form, and delete the form.
