Viewing Events

A list of the events that have been created for a contract or company are displayed in the Events browse screen in a Contract Profile or Company Profile. The status of an event can be Scheduled, Due, Escalated, Past Due, and Closed.  Novatus continues to send out emails messages for all events, except closed events, unless an end date was stipulated.

The events for which you have some measure of responsibility are displayed in your Upcoming Events Portlet in the Dashboard and can also be accessed by selecting the Events link in your My Place menu.

Events are viewed from the Events browse screen in a Contract Profile or Company Profile.

Although the Contract Profile is used in the example below, the same steps also apply to viewing events in a Company Profile.
