Documents Screen

A list of the documents stored in a Contract, Company, or Project Profile are viewed from the Documents screen. The information that displays for documents, such as document type and effective date, can be customized to meet your at-a-glance viewing needs.

Although the Contract Profile is used in the example below, the components are the same in the Documents screen in a Company Profile and Project Profile.  However, If you are viewing documents from a Company Profile, there will be two additional tabs in the Documents screen: (1) Previous Company Documents, which when selected, displays a view of the documents that have been removed from the Company Profile, and (2) Company Contract Documents, which displays a view of all the contract documents that have been uploaded to the Contract Profile, which is housed in the Company Profile.
