Project tasks include all of the tasks and Task Lists already contained in the individual Company and Contract Profiles that you add to a Project Profile. You can also add individual tasks to the project to accomplish milestones and goals, or a Task List can be used if a standard process is employed by your company and an Administrator has set up a template delineating the steps.
Workflows are enhanced Task Lists, which allow you to send messages from a step in the workflow. In addition, a workflow step can require one or more approvals before activating the next step. Therefore, it is recommended that you consider both Workflows and Task Lists and determine which option better suits your needs.
