Viewing Contract Products

Information for the products specified in a contract can be captured and stored in the Products screen in the Contract Profile.  This information can be used to track product pricing and quantity changes, or simply provide a central location where product information can be viewed.

The products associated with a contract are viewed from the Products browse screen in a Contract Profile.

  You can also view the products stored in a Contract Profile from the Product Grid.

Click to display the Products browse screen.


Product records

View the list of products added to the Contract Profile. To view additional information for a product, click on a product record to display its Product Profile. From the profile, you can edit information for the product, or delete it.

Click to add a product.


Edit Product Grid button

Click to manage the products in the Grid, including viewing all products, adding a product, editing product information, and deleting a product.


Sort option

If you want to change the sort order of the data in a column, click on the column heading to toggle the sort order.


Column Display option

If you want to filter the information displayed, click on the arrow icon to the right of any column to display the Sort/Column menu, and select Columns to display a list of available fields. Select the fields you want displayed in the browse screen by clicking in the check box to the left of the field.


Reorder and Resize Columns

  • To resize a column, mouse over the right or left border of the header until the resize icon appears. Then, click on the border and drag it until the column is the desired width.
  • To move a column to a different location in the browse screen, click on the column header and then drag it to the left or right, and drop it in the desired location. If you are successfully moving a column of data, the icon displays during the move.
