The Products feature allows the goods and/or services associated with a contract to be added to the Contract Profile. The information that can be captured for a product includes its price, quantity, description, and classification. A product's classification is assigned using a searchable list of standardized products and services, which is provided by Novatus.
The Products feature also has a Product Grid option that allows product records to be viewed and managed from a central location. The Grid is useful when there are several products associated with a contract and the information for each product must be recorded.
