In using a document package to negotiate or renegotiate the terms of a contract, it is recommended that the package Administrator delete the package if the terms are not accepted by both parties, which would make the contract invalid. An Administrator should also delete a package if negotiations are suspended to ensure the invalid documents in the package are not stored in the Contract Profile.
Administrators can also delete a document package from Current tab in the Document Packages screen in a Contract Profile or from the Current tab in the screen that displays when you click the Document Packages link in your My Place menu.
2. In the portlet, locate the package you want to delete, and click the package's icon.
3. In the Delete Package confirmation prompt, click Yes.
