Tracking the History of a Document Package

Novatus records the changes made to each document stored in a document package, and captures any notes provided by the user who made the change, along with their name and a timestamp for the change.  Administrators and members of the document package can not only review these changes, but also download individual documents by clicking their icon, allowing comparisons to be made between documents at different stages in the negotiation process.

Both members and Administrators of a document package can track the history from (1) Document Packages portlet in the Dashboard (2) My Place menu, and (3) Contract Profile.
