External participants are required to log in to the Novatus Portal if they were invited to be a member of a Document Package, sign a document electronically, or register as a supplier, and they do not have a login to Novatus Contracts. Typically, an external participant will be provided with a link via email, which takes them to the Login screen for the Portal where they can enter their email address and password, and then participate in a Novatus process in a secure environment.
If you do not have a Novatus Portal account, you will be required to create an account by registering at the Login screen.
1. Enter the email address that was used to notify you of the invitation to the Portal in the Email Address field.
2. Enter your password for the Portal, and click Login.
If you don't remember your password, click Forgot Password to answer a security question. When you correctly answer the question, you will receive an email message to reset your password.
