Receiving Email Notification for Document Packages

When a Novatus program user creates a document package using the Document Package Wizard, they add the documents that will be used to the package, and also identify the administrators, program users, and external participants who will be collaborating on the documents.

If you were selected to participate in the process, you will receive an email notification, inviting you to be a "member" of the document package. The email will have a subject line of Conga Novatus Contracts Portal Invitation.

After reviewing the document package information provided in the email message, click the link in the message to be directed to the document package once you login to Novatus or the Portal.
