The Search option in the All Contracts browse screen can be used to search for a specific contract or several contracts that share a common characteristic.
The browse screen can also be used to sort contracts by status by making one or more selections in the Contract Status multi-select list. The Export to Excel option allows the contents of the browse screen to be exported to a spreadsheet.
1. Click on Contracts in the Navigation Toolbar, and select the Browse Contracts link.
2. In the All Contracts screen, click to display a list of the searchable fields, and select the check boxes for the fields you want to search.
3. Enter the contract number, or other identifier, in the Search field, and press the ENTER key on your keyboard.
To locate only documents that are attachments to a contract, select the Agreement Type check box in the Searchable Fields list, enter "Attachment" in the Search field, and press ENTER.
