The Products feature allows you to add both goods and services to a contract. The information captured for the products associated with a contract include price, quantity, description, product number, and product classification. A product's classification is captured using the Product Classifications window, which is a searchable list of standardized products and services, along with their classification codes.
The Products feature also employs a Product Grid option, which allows you to view, add, edit, and delete products from a central location. The Grid is a highly useful tool, especially if there are several products stored in the Contract Profile.
