Viewing Payment Streams

The payments recorded in a Contract Profile can be for payments received or for payments made.

The payments associated with a contract are viewed from the Payments browse screen in a Contract Profile.

Payments link

Click display the Payments browse screen.

Payment stream

View the payment steam(s) for the contract. Payment streams are displayed with a gray header, and are expanded, showing all the payment records in the stream.

Note: To collapse a payment stream, click on its icon. To expand the payment stream, click on its icon.

Payment record

View the individual payment records in a stream. A payment record captures invoice and payment information, and any notes recorded for the payment.

Edit Payment icon

Click on the icon to edit the payment stream.

Delete Payment icon

Click on the icon to delete the payment stream.

Payment Forecasting icon

Click on the icon to view, generate, or edit a payment forecast for the payment stream.

Add Stream button

Click to display a screen that will allow you to add a new payment stream to the Contract Profile.

View Forecast button

Click to view the payment forecasts for all the payments streams added to the Contract Profile.

Sort option

If you want to change the sort order of the data in a column, click on the column heading to toggle the sort order.

Column Display option

If you want to filter the information displayed, click on the arrow icon to the right of any column to display the Sort/Column menu, and select Columns to display a list of available fields. Select the fields you want displayed in the browse screen by clicking in the check box to the left of the field.

Reorder and Resize Columns

  • To resize a column, mouse over the right or left border of the header until the resize icon appears. Then, click on the border and drag it until the column is the desired width.
  • To move a column to a different location in the browse screen, click on the column header and then drag it to the left or right, and drop it in the desired location. If you are successfully moving a column of data, the icon displays during the move.
