Addresses Link

The Addresses link in a Contract Profile takes you to the Addresses browse screen, which stores all the addresses associated with the contract.

To access the Addresses browse screen, open a Contract Profile, and scroll down to the Links section of the screen.

Addresses link

Click to display a list of the addresses for the contract. The link is appended by a number, indicating the number of contract address stored in the profile.

Address record

View the information for each contract address, including the address type and the location type.

History icon

Click on the icon if you want to view a history of the changes made to the contract address.

Copy to Clipboard icon

Click the image524.png icon if you want to copy the contract address to another program or application. The Copy to clipboard window displays.

Copy to Clipboard window

Simultaneously hold down the Ctrl and C keys on your keyboard to copy the highlighted address. To copy only a portion of the address, click anywhere inside the window to remove the highlighting, and then use your mouse to highlight the line item(s) you want to copy.

Note: To close the window, click on the icon.

Sort option

If you want to change the sort order of the data in a column, click on the column heading to toggle the sort order.

Column Display option

If you want to filter the display of information in the screen, c lick on the arrow image468.png icon to the right of any column to display the Sort/Column menu, and select Columns to display a list of available fields. Select the fields you want displayed in the browse screen by clicking in the check box to the left of the field.

Note: The Actions field must be selected or the History and the Copy to Clipboard icons will not be displayed.

Reorder and Resize Columns

  • To resize a column, mouse over the right or left border of the header until the resize icon appears. Then, click on the border and drag it until the column is the desired width.
  • To move a column to a different location in the browse screen, click on the column header and then drag it to the left or right, and drop it in the desired location. If you are successfully moving a column of data, the icon displays during the move.

Edit Addresses button

Click if you want to edit any of the addresses for a contract. The screen refreshes and displays other action buttons and a delete icon.

Show (Hide) Company Locations toggle button

Click the Show Company Locations button to display the Company Locations section of the screen with a list of all the current locations for the company. The toggle button is used to display and hide the existing company locations that can be added to the contract.

Add icon

Click on the icon for an address to add an existing company location to the contract. The location is automatically added to the Contract Addresses section of the screen.

New Company Location button

Click to add a new company location to the contract profile.

History icon

Click the icon to display a History screen with a list of the changes made to the contract address.

Note: To display the History screen for the company addresses, click the icon in the Company Locations section of the screen.

Copy to Clipboard icon

Click the icon if you want to copy the contract address to another program or application.

Note: To copy a company addresses, click the image524.png icon in the Company Locations section of the screen.

O

Delete icon

Click the icon to delete a company address type that has been added to the Contract Profile.

P

Save button

Click to save any changes you make to the addresses for a contract.
