Viewing a Company History Screen

The History feature records all of the changes made to the fields in the Company Profile screen, including changes to the Company Additional Fields that have been added by your Administrator.

The changes made to a company's information are viewed from the Company Profile using the History browse screen. The first history record in a browse screen for all Company Profiles is the creation date.

Click on the link in the Company Profile to display the History screen.

View the changes that has been made to the Company Profile.

Note: A change has been made if there is information in the Original Value column for a field. The new value for the field is displayed in the corresponding Updated Value column.


Sort option

To change the sort order in a column, click (toggle) on the column heading.


Column Display option

To filter the data display, click on the arrow icon to the right of any column to display the Sort/Column menu, and select Columns to display a list of available fields. Select the fields you want displayed in the browse screen by clicking in the check box to the left of the field.


Reorder and Resize Columns

  • To resize a column, mouse over the right or left border of the header until the resize icon appears. Then, click on the border and drag it until the column is the desired width.
  • To move a column to a different location in the browse screen, click on the column header and then drag it to the left or right, and drop it in the desired location. If you are successfully moving a column of data, the icon displays during the move.

  The History file will also include a Flow Invalidated record if a user has invalidated (vs. completing) a flow linked to the Company Profile. The Flow Invalidated record includes the name of the person who invalidated the flow, along with a date/time stamp.
