Viewing a Company Location's History

The History feature in the Location Profile records and stores all changes to the profile, allowing changes to a company location to be tracked and reported upon.

History records are accessed from the History tab (view) in the Locations screen in a Company Profile.



Locations link

Click to view the Locations browse screen. The link is appended by a number, indicating the number of people that have been added to the profile.


Location records

Locate the location whose history you want to view.


History icon

Click on the image472.png icon for the location to refresh the screen and display a History view, listing the changes made to the Location Profile.



Updated Value fields

View the changes made to the Location Profile.

Note: A change has been made if there is information in the Original Value column for a field. The new value for the field is displayed in the corresponding Updated Value column.


Back button

Click to return to the Locations browse screen.
