Viewing Company Locations

A list of the locations associated with a company, such as branch and satellite offices, are viewed from the Locations browse screen in the Company Profile.


Locations link

Click to view the Locations browse screen. The link is appended by a number, indicating the number of locations that have been recorded for the company.


Location records

View the locations for the company. If you want to view additional information on the location, click on a record to display the Location Profile.


History icon

Click on the image472.png icon if you want to view a history of the changes made to the address.


Copy to Clipboard icon

Click on the image524.png icon if you want to copy the address from the Novatus program to another program screen or window.


Sort, Resize, and Reorder options

  • If you want to change the sort order of data in a column, click on the column heading.
  • If you want to resize a column, mouse over the right or left border of the column heading until the resize icon appears. Click on the border and drag it until the column is the desired width.
  • If you want to move a column to a different location in the browse screen, click on the column heading and then drag it to the left or right, and drop it in the desired location. If you are successfully moving a column of data, the icon displays during the move.


Column Display option

Click on the arrow icon to the right of any column to display the Sort/Column menu, and select Columns to display a list of available fields. Select the fields you want displayed in the browse screen by clicking in the check box to the left of the field.

Note: The Actions field must be selected or the History and the Copy to Clipboard icons will not display.


Add Location button

Click to display a screen that will allow you to add a new location for the company or one of its contracts.


Note: You can also resize and reorder the columns of data in a browse screen.
