The Dashboard is the screen that displays once you login to Novatus. You can add several portlets, or miniature browse windows, to the Dashboard to quickly link to the companies, contracts, documents, and other information you regularly use in Novatus.
You can return to the Dashboard at any time by clicking on the Conga Novatus logo (or other company logo) that is displayed in the upper left corner of every screen.
Currently, there are 15 portlets that can be added to your Dashboard: Recently Viewed Companies, Recently Viewed Contracts, Recently Viewed Projects, Upcoming Events, Upcoming Tasks, My Contracts, My Contract Requests, My Approvals, Recent Messages, Search Query, Document Packages, eSignature Packages, Supplier Registrations, Active Workflow Items/Contract Flows/Flow Steps, and Charting.
1. From the Dashboard, click .
2. In the Add Portlet window, locate the portlet you want to add, and click .
3. (Optional) Manage the fields that display in the portlet.
4. (Optional) Reposition and resize the portlet.
Some portlets contain multiple tabs to provide different views based on status, icons to perform tasks, and the ability to search for specific data. The tabs that display in the Active Workflow Items portlet can be managed by clicking in the header, and selecting/clearing check boxes in the Configure Tabs prompt.
