You can quickly access a list of the people who you can message and are available to be assigned to program tasks and events. This list is your Address Book, and it is made up of Novatus program users, company people (those who have a Person Profile in a Company Profile), legal entity people (those who have a Person Profile in a Company Profile that has been marked as a legal entity), and external people (those who engage in Novatus activities via the Portal, the DocuSign cloud, or the Adobe Sign cloud). The Address Book also contains any email distribution lists that have been created.
The Address Book is used in many program functions, including sending email messages from a Company, Contract, or Project Profile, scheduling reports, assigning tasks, and requiring flow/workflow steps and scorecards to be completed. The Address Book is also used to invite individuals and distribution lists to become members of a document package or add them to the eSignature process.
