Viewing My Contracts

The My Contracts browse screen displays a list of all the contracts for which you have been assigned a responsibility. The responsibility is stored, and can be viewed, in the Contract Profile screen.

Navigation Toolbar

Click on My Place to display the menu, and then click on My Contracts to display your My Contracts browse screen.

Contract records

View a summary of the information for your contracts. To display additional information for a contract, click on the contract record to display its Contract Profile where you can perform tasks and link to other program features.

Contract Status list

If you want to filter your list of contracts by status, make a selection in the list. The default is all contract statuses.

Search option

If you want to locate a specific contract, type the first few letters of the company name, contract number, or other identifier in the Search field, and click the icon. To clear the filter, click on the icon.

Note: If you only know part of the name or other identifier, you can use both leading and trailing wild cards (denoted by an asterisk "*").

Important: Use the Search Filter to limit the fields that are searched by clicking on the button to display a list of searchable fields. Select only the check box(es) for the field(s) you want to search to guarantee accurate results.

Contract records display

  • If you want to change the fields that are displayed, click on the arrow icon to the right of any column to display the Sort/Column menu. Click on Columns to display a list of available fields, and then select the fields you want displayed by clicking in the check box to the left of the field.
  • If you want the records sorted by the data in a particular column, click on the arrow icon to the right of the column to display the Sort/Column menu, and then select Sort Ascending (A-Z or 0-9) or Sort Descending (Z-A or 9-0). You can also click on a column heading to toggle the sort order of the data in the column.
  • If you want to resize a column to accommodate the information in that column, mouse over the right or left border of the column header until the resize icon appears. Then, click on the border and drag it until the column is the desired width.
  • If you want to reorder the columns of information, click on a column header and then drag it to the left or right, and drop it in the desired location. If you are successfully moving a column of data, the icon displays during the move.

Document icon

Click on the icon to display a list of the documents associated with the contract. To open the document in its default format or download the document, click on a document in the list to display an Open window and follow the onscreen prompts.

Export to Excel button

Click to export all the data in the browse screen to an Excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will launch the Excel program and display the information in a new file, which you can save and reformat.
