Question or Problem
Custom fields added to a Novatus page in Salesforce cannot be mapped to fields in Novatus because the fields are not visible in the Salesforce Field Mapping window in the Novatus Integration Settings screen.
Solution and/or Cause
Ensure your connection user1 has an Administrator Profile with field level access to any custom fields that are added to a Novatus page in Salesforce and need to be mapped to fields in Novatus program screens. It is recommended that the connection user has a System Admin Profile and that you verify the profile has field level access to ensure custom fields can be added in Salesforce and mapped to fields in Novatus.
If another Salesforce user is logged in using the same browser when the connection user clicks the Connect to Salesforce button in the Novatus Integration Settings screen, then the application will attempt to log in as that user, and will not give the connection user the option to select their credentials, identifying them as the connection user.
