Integrate Salesforce with Novatus Contracts

Once you have completed the installation of Conga SalesConnect in your Salesforce org, you must integrate Salesforce with Novatus Contracts to complete the connection between the two applications. Integration is accomplished from the Integrations Settings screen in Novatus Contracts.

Mapping the Company in Novatus to the Account in Salesforce is mandatory for SalesConnect to work properly.

Once the integration is completed, you can add the contract request types that salespeople will use, and define the approval process for a contract request.

You must follow the procedure below to define an integration setting in Novatus for every contract request type that you will use in Salesforce, including mapping each Salesforce contract request type to a Novatus contract type.
