When an Administrator add a new user, Novatus automatically adds the Recently Viewed Companies, Recently Viewed Contracts, and Active Workflow Items portlets to the user’s Dashboard when they log in for the first time. Administrators can manage the portlets that display for new users by removing or adding to the default portlets.
1. Click Admin in the Navigation Toolbar, and click the System Settings link.
2. Click the Dashboard Settings tab.
3. In the Dashboard Settings screen:
