Adding a Scorecard

Once all the scorecard components (categories and the questions in each category) have been added, and at least one Answer Profile has been created, Administrators can then create individual scorecards.

Adding a scorecard involves three steps:

  1. Designing the scorecard, which includes naming the scorecard, selecting all the categories that will be used in the scorecard, and assigning a weight (value) to the scorecard.
  2. Adding Restrictions for the scorecard by selecting the types of companies, contracts, and projects that are linked to the scorecard so that the scorecard is only available from the selected profile types.
  3. Defining Validity Options for the scorecard by setting the number of days the scorecard will be available to users, or alternatively, making it a repeating scorecard so that it can be used continually and without any time constraints.
