Editing, Disabling, and Deleting Items in a Clause Security List

A selection in a Clause Security list can be edited by changing its name or description, and by changing the order in which items are displayed in the list. A selection in a Clause Security list can also be temporarily disabled if it will be needed again in the future, or permanently deleted unless it is being used in the Clause Library of any user.

Navigation Toolbar

Click on Admin to display a menu of your administrator functions, and click on Lists to display the List Administration screen.

Note: If the Lists link is not in your Admin menu, you do not have the permissions to use this feature.
