The Company Profile contains a Locations link that is used to store additional company locations, such as billing and shipping addresses. Similarly, the Contract Profile has an Addresses link that can be used to store the address of a contract. An address added to a Company Profile can be viewed in the Contract Profile, and vice versa.
Managing the selections in the location type field lists in a Company or Contract Profile is accomplished from the List Administration screen. Administrators can perform the following tasks associated with the field lists for a company or a contract location:
