Why Can't I View the Documents for a Contract?

Your role may restrict you from doing so. If you are not an Admin, you will need an Admin to edit your role.

 

1. Select the   from the navigation menu.

2. Select    

3. From the list of roles, find the associated role for the user who will be granted access to view contract (or company) documents.

4. After selecting the role, you will be taken into the .

5. Select 

6. Select the "Contract Groups" from the list of tabs.   

7. Find the  column and check the associated boxes with the         Contract Group Name.  

(It should be noted, to view company documents an Admin would go through the same process but selecting the "Company Groups Tab")

8. Select   and you have successfully given access to the role associated with your user.
