Events Screen

This page applies to: Conga Contracts (formerly Novatus)

A list of the events that have been created for a contract or company are displayed in the Events screen in a Contract Profile or Company Profile. The information that displays in the screen, such as event date and status, can be customized to meet your at-a-glance viewing needs. The status of an email alert for an event can be Scheduled, Due, Escalated, Past Due, and Closed.  Conga Contracts (formerly Novatus) continues to send out emails messages for all events, except closed events, unless an end date was stipulated.

The events for which you will receive an email alert are displayed in the Upcoming Events portlet in your Dashboard.  The events you have created are displayed in your My Events screen, which is accessed by selecting the Events link in your My Place menu.

To access the Events screen, open a Contract or Company Profile.

Although the Contract Profile is used in the screen shot below, the components are the same in a Company Profile.
