At least one Clause Processor role should be created so that the role can be assigned to the individual users who have permission to upload documents to Contract Profiles. Users with this permission can also process the clauses in the documents they upload.
- Click Admin in the toolbar, and click Roles.
- In the Roles screen, click New Role.
- In the Role Profile, populate the required fields.
- Click the Contract Groups tab.
- Select the Document Upload check boxes to allow users with this role to add documents to the Contract Profiles belonging to the selected contract groups.
- Click Save.
- Assign the role to the individual users who have permission to upload documents and process document clauses.
