Payment Forecast Screens

This page applies to: Conga Contracts

The Payments feature includes a forecasting option where projected payments are calculated for a payment stream in a Contract Profile.  There are two ways to view a payment forecast: one view shows an individual forecast with start/end dates and projected amounts, and the second view shows all generated and saved forecasts, along with additional information and calculations.

Individual Payment Forecast

You must generate at least one payment forecast before displaying the Individual Payment Forecast view.

1.  Open the Contract Profile with the forecasted payment stream.

2.  Click the Payments link in the Links section of the screen.

3.  In the Payments screen, locate the payment stream, and click its  icon.

All Payment Forecasts

The All Payment Forecasts view shows all payment forecasts generated for a contract and provides a higher level of detail than the individual view of a payment forecast. In addition to the information provided in the Individual Payment Forecast view, the All Forecasts view also provides totals for all relevant fields and calculates any differences between what has been paid/received and what is still due/owed.

You must generate at least one payment forecast before displaying the All Payment Forecasts view.

1.  Open the Contract Profile with the forecasted payment stream.

2.  Click the Payments link in the Links section of the screen.

3.  In the Payments screen, click View Forecast in the toolbar.
