The Contract Profile contains system fields that store basic information for a contract, as well as additional fields that your Administrators can add to capture contract information that is required by your organization. The Contract Profile also contains a Links section that quickly link you to the program screens that store additional information for the contract:
- Contract Family
- Clauses (displays only for Clause ID & Management feature)
- Document Pkgs
- Additional Forms
To manage the links that display in the Links section of the Contract Profile, click to launch the Configure Links prompt, and clear the check boxes for the links you do not want displayed. The Contract Family and the Additional Forms links cannot be removed.
