You can cancel a contract request that you have submitted if you need to update the request. However, this option is only available if an approver has not yet begun processing your request.
The cancel submission option is used to update a pending contract request that you have already submitted, while the delete option is used to permanently remove the contract request.
1. Locate the contract request you want to cancel, and click its icon.
2. In the window that displays, bearing the name of the contract request type, click Cancel Submission in the toolbar.
- If the window does not display, you are cancelling a legacy contract request.
4. Click Submit Request.
