Existing email distribution lists are viewed and managed from the Mail Distribution List Browse screen. A distribution list is used in the Messaging feature, as well as other program features that use the Address Book, such as scheduled reports, events, scorecards, workflow steps, and Project Teams.
1. Click Admin in the Navigation Toolbar, and click the Email Distribution Lists link in the menu.
2. In the Mail Distribution List Browse screen, locate the email distribution list:
- Use the Search option
- Scroll through the list of email distribution list records.
3. Click a record to display the Mail Distribution List profile, which provides the names of the people in the distribution list.
