Conga Workflow offers many options for saving the merged output files. Files can be stored in Salesforce (for example, as attachments, Chatter files, or Content files) or in Google Drive.
To integrate Conga Workflow with Google Drive:
Click the Conga Workflow Setup tab, and then click .
Sign into the appropriate Google account.
A Google dialog box appears listing the permissions that Conga Composer is requesting.
The Google account holder must have access to the folders where merged output files will be saved.
Clickon the dialog box confirming that the Google refresh token has been saved successfully.
The Google Refresh Token area in Workflow Setup now displays as Valid Token.
