Remove a Template Entry in Solution Manager

You can remove a template from your solution record in Solution Manager.

Removing the template does not delete it from the Conga® Template Manager or Salesforce®.

To remove an existing template:

Before You Begin: You must have a solution record created and open. In addition, the solution must have at least one template.

  1. In Solution Manager, click Add Templates.

    The Conga Solution Template screen appears. Templates added to the solution record appear in the Selected Templates area.

  2. In the Selected Templates area, click Del in the row containing the template you want to remove.

  3. In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.

    Solution Manager removes the template from the solution record.

  4. Click Return to Solution Record.

  5. Click Update Button.
