Creating a Google Token to Use with Conga

Composer

To use Google Drive in an automated fashion (background mode in Composer, Conductor, or Workflow), you need to create and save a Google token. 

  1. Go to the Composer Setup tab.
  2. Click Integration Partners tab.
  3. Click the Google Drive tab.
  4. Click Create Google Token.
  5. Enter the login details for the Google Drive Service user (which can be found in the Google Drive tab).
  6. Run your Composer solution in background mode (using &DS7=600) to automatically send the merged documents to Google Drive.

Conductor

  1. Go to the Conductor Setup tab.
  2. Click Update Google Token.
  3. Enter the login details for the Google Drive Service user (which can be found in the Google Drive Settings tab).
  4. Run a batch operation to automatically send the merged documents to Google Drive.

Workflow

  1. Go to the Workflow Setup tab.
  2. Click Update Google Token.
  3. Enter the login details for the Google Drive Service user (which can be found in the Google Drive Settings tab).
  4. Trigger the Workflow Rule to automatically send the merged documents to Google Drive.
