When you’ve created a custom signature block for gathering data from your clients, you can then add it into your document. Custom signature blocks will appear in the signature modal when a client is signing with Conga Collaborate eSiganture. Data entered in your custom signature blocks will then be visible in the signed PDF version of the Conga Collaborate document.
Follow these steps to add your custom signature blocks into your Conga Collaborate documents:
- Select the Document to which you want to add a custom signature block.
- Click the Properties tab.
- Click the Signature Block field and select the custom block you’d like to use.
- Bingo! Your document is ready to publish and send.
