Updating to Conga in your integrations

Now that we’ve transitioned to Conga Collaborate, most of what you know stays the same—but in order to smooth your transition to our new Conga domain, we do recommend a few quick steps if you are also a user of our integrations with

  • Salesforce or Salesforce Outbound Message
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • SAML
  • API

Links to your emails and documents will come from until September 12, 2016. And from that day on, emails and documents will come from

A system administer can follow these steps to update your Conga Collaborate domain name in Salesforce:

  1. Go to Salesforce Setup.
  2. Select App Setup.
  3. Click on the Develop section.
  4. Go to Custom Settings.
  5. Scroll down to TinderBox.
  6. Click on the TinderBox App.
  7. Click Manage.
  8. Click the Edit button.
  9. Update the Company URL to your {yourcompanyname}


A system administrator can follow these steps to update your Conga Collaborate domain name in Microsoft Dynamics:

  1. Click the Home Icon to return to your Sales Dashboard.
  2. Click the Advanced Find Function. You get a pop-up window.
  3. Select TinderBox Org Settings in the Look For dropdown list.
  4. Click the red exclamation point. You see a new pop-up window.
  5. Adjust the TinderBox URL from by entering your new Conga Collaborate account URL. For example, replace with
  6. Click Save.


If you’re using an Identity Service Provider such as OneLogin, Okta, PingIdentity, Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services, or Salesforce, please follow these instructions:

Before Monday, September 12:

Duplicate the existing configuration in your Identify Service Provider account and rename mytinder to Conga Collaborate. That way, it’s ready for the update to {yourcompanyname}

On or After Monday, September 12:

After the account domain has been updated, you can remove the original mytinder configuration.

Update the Endpoint URL of all Outbound Messages by replacing with
