Install or Upgrade ActionGrid

ActionGrid℠ is supported on the following Salesforce® editions:

  • Professional Edition
  • Enterprise Edition
  • Performance Edition
  • Unlimited Edition

You must have a Salesforce account to install the ActionGrid app.

Follow these steps to install or update ActionGrid:

  1. Log in to your Salesforce account.
  2. Go to the Salesforce AppExchange.
  3. Search for the ActionGrid app.
  4. On the ActionGrid summary page, click Get It Now.
  5. When prompted to choose a login option, click Log in to the App Exchange.
  6. Choose an installation option:
    • Install in Production
    • Install in Sandbox
  7. On the next screen, select the check box for I have read and agree to the terms and conditions. Then click Confirm and Install.
  8. Log into your Salesforce account again if prompted.
  9. Choose an installation option, depending on who will be using ActionGrid. Then click Install or Upgrade.
    • Install for Admins Only
    • Install for All Users
    • Install for Specific Profiles
  10. When installation is complete, go to the App menu in Salesforce and click ActionGrid. Or, click ActionGrid in the App Launcher.
